Waterproofing an Historic Church

This 1868 Church is on the National Register of Historic Places and made with a soft green serpentine stone. Our Trojan Masonry Sealer was used to seal the exterior and is used for historic projects for a few reasons:
» Penetrating -The non-toxic sealer does not change the look of the surface thus the building looks exactly as it did when originally built.
» Densifier –The polyester polymer content will fill the pores and increase the strength of the stone/mortar, thus preserving & guarding against future deterioration.
» 15 Year Warranty –We’ve been making it that long.
