Sandstone Quarries
Sandstone quarries produce stone locally known by various terms, such as brownstone. Applications are mostly for structural stone, wall stone, veneer, decorative stone, sculptural stone and dimensional stone. Most quarries have some capacity to fabricate stone, depending on the application. Salvaged sandstone is available in the most durable varieties. Stones may be available even from abandoned quarries as a quarrier may retain the rights.
