Timber frame restoration contractors perform in place repair of existing historic timber frames. Such restoration often requires letting in of reproduction timber frame work and joinery. Where such repairs are not feasible for any reason, they may use epoxy restoration fillers and fiberglass reinforcement to stabilize and restore the existing timber frame elements where they are.
